2. Booking & Deposit
- Appointments are booked via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- At the time of booking a £10 deposit will be charged.
- You can **cancel free of charge up to 48 hours** before your appointment and recieve a refund of your deposit.
- You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment and apply your deposit to your new booking.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or changes within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in a loss of your £10 deposit.

3. Payments
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your massage via card, cash, or agreed payment method.
- No-shows will lose their deposit.

4. Cancellation by Us
- Occasionally, we may need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen events.
- In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
- In cases of inappropriate or sexual behaviour by a client, the session will be cancelled and follow up appointments may not be offered.

5. Health & Safety Commitment
- You agree to provide accurate health information, including medical history, medications, and GP details.
- We reserve the right to modify or decline treatments that could be harmful.
- Your safety and comfort are our priority.
- You have read and understood the contraindications on the home page of this website.
- As part of your initial treatment, you will complete an intake form and consent form to ensure it is safe to receive massage.
- In follow up treatments, you will keep me up to date with any health issues that may affect you receiving massage.

6. Qualifications and insurance
- As your therapist, I am fully qualified to perform the treatments available on this website.
- I am fully insured with public liability cover for each treatment provided.
- I am a member of the CThA and am commited to continually developing my skills and understanding.

6. Mobile Appointment Requirements
- Please ensure a clean, safe environment with reasonable privacy and parking access.
- If the space is unsuitable when we arrive, we may need to cancel and retain your deposit.

9. Gift Vouchers & Loyalty Offers
- Gift vouchers are valid 18 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
- Loyalty discounts (e.g. 25% off 6th treatment) apply only to full-priced sessions.
